Avoiding last-minute difficulties means planning the outfit your child wants to wear for photographs at least a day ahead of time, keeping in mind to: 

• Dress appropriately for the weather. If it's chilly outdoors, make sure they're dressed warmly when they go to school. In contrast, if Picture Day falls during a predicted heat wave, wearing your child in warmer clothing (even if it's your favorite outfit) may cause sweat to appear in the images.
• Allowing their clothing to detract from them is not a good idea. Keep your Picture Day clothing free of prominent logos, colors, or patterns. If you use one of these designs, you may find that your attention is drawn to your child's dress rather than his or her grin in the future.
• Concentrate on colors that represent people and the period of their lives. Wearing fall complementary hues for Picture Day at the beginning of the semester will not only assist communicate the tale of the season but will also seem more aesthetically pleasing.
• Make sure kids don't have to wear something they don't enjoy. They'll look great in an outfit they enjoy, but they'll appear noticeably uncomfortable in one they don't. Allowing your child to wear things that they enjoy can help them show off their best side.

Hairstyles have come and gone over time. Some parents are afraid of leaving their children with an embarrassing school photograph hairdo, while others are at the whim of a recent terrible hair salon visit. So, what can you do to achieve the best hairstyle for your child's school portrait?

• Make an effort to maintain a neutral hairstyle. Hairstyles, hues, and other unusual hairstyles that are now popular may not age well. Choose a hairdo that is both neutral and representative of your child's individuality.
• Keep the hair out of their eyes and away from their faces. If your child's hair falls in front of their face naturally, consider using hairpins, hair spray, or even a new haircut to keep their bright grin visible.
• Hats should be avoided. Hats have no use other than to conceal your child's head and face, and should never be worn in your school portrait.

Don't be concerned about glasses. Our experienced photographer is able to effectively prevent glass glare for their school portrait. Just make sure their glasses are free of smudges beforehand.

Keep your jewelry to a bare minimum. You don't want a child's jewelry to take away from their portrait. If they insist on wearing jewelry, keep it little and unobtrusive.

Makeup should be kept minimal. If your youngster insists on wearing makeup for the photograph, keep it simple and clean. There's no need to modify their everyday style if it's already rather simple.
